Our Vision is to grow adventurous disciples who take joy in making Jesus known across our community and beyond.

We aim to achieve this through:

• Inspiring Prayer and Creativity
• Equipping Emerging Generations and Life groups
• Serving our Communities with Joy

Inspiring Prayer and Creativity:

• Create a simple ‘rhythm of prayer’ across the year
• Invest more in our prayer gatherings
• Cultivate increased creativity in Worship and Prayer
• Develop a more creative livestream and online presence

Equipping Emerging Generations and Life Groups:

• Establish clear pathways from first contact through to committed discipleship
• Resource growth in both numbers and depth of discipleship
• Invest in training, support, encouragement and recruitment of leaders & helpers
• Mobilise volunteer teams

Serving our Communities with Joy:

• Envision for imaginative witness on the ‘frontline’
• With partners; respond to poverty, suffering & injustice through our REACH ministries
• Run evangelistic courses and events ensuring follow-up with clear onward pathways
• Resource and support a plan to achieve net zero carbon
